I've been in construction for the better part of the last decade. Even in today's world, I've seen that the construction industry tends to lack accountability. I combat this issue by emphasizing and fostering genuine subcontractor relationships. Integrity and quality outweigh budgetary constraints, ensuring excellent service for both tenants and owners. At the end of the day, construction is a collaborative endeavor, relying on the collective efforts of all involved. My objective is to provide you with the best team so that your project is successful.
I graduated from Boise State in 2012 with a degree in international business, initially aspiring to work abroad. However, after meeting my wife, my focus shifted. Over the course of 10 years, we relocated a few times for her career, during which I realized my dislike for suits and being tied to an office. This realization prompted me to pursue a degree in construction management, which I obtained from Indian State University from 2017-19 while simultaneously working full time for a commercial builder. Starting with pushing a broom and packing lumber, I worked my way up to becoming a Project Manager, overseeing multimillion-dollar construction projects. I've gained extensive experience in various aspects of construction, covering a diverse range of types of construction including office, retail, restaurant, industrial, medical, and dental construction. I say it colloquially, but in a sense, I really have done it all. This rapid accumulation of experience has positioned me to provide a level of service in construction that I feel tends to be missing. By prioritizing honesty, relationships, and accountability we are able to consistently deliver the results you expect.
