- Equitable Center: Class A office space. Occupied building office remodels.
- GAP Brands: Open mall remodels (Athleta / Old Navy).
- L Brands: Open mall remodels (VS / BBW).
- 120 Commercial St: Historic 150-year-old building, structural and seismic improvements, 2 TIs (large restaurant "The Masonry" and small bar "The Alley Cat").
- LDS Church: Multiple small interior TI's.
Ground Up Construction
- Chick Fil A: 3 new stores.
- Capital Baptist Church: Rebuild burnt down education building.
- Illahe Country Club: New Pre-Engineer Metal Building (PEMB) tennis center, retrofit of existing courts into pickleball facility, new golf simulator building.
- Starbucks: Site development and shell provided by the LL prior to Starbucks take over for TI.
- Valley Roofing: Concrete tilt building
